In Your House Wrestling Alliance V2 (IYHWA) is a backyard wrestling federation based out of Sydney, Australia which iterated in 2005. It is considered one of the premiere backyard wrestling federations with well over one million views in total deriving from their first upload on YouTube. Since its inception into the Backyarding world in 2005, IYHWA has grown exponentially, and are know considered the benchmark federation to many viewers around the world.
IYHWA began in October 2005, under the influence of Chris Cryptic, Curt Unearth, Michael Diablo, Blair Vertigo and Underminer. These 5 Founding members now play major roles in the Australian Backyard Wrestling circuit, with thousands following in their footsteps and taking inspiration from the work. In Your House ended abruptly in 2007, with backstage politics and issues coming to much for the federation to handle. IYHWA was taken away from the backyarding world prematurely, and the effects were seen instantly, with most of Australian Yarding taking a plunge shortly after.
IYHWA v2 was an idea born out of the need to revive the Australian Circuit. Eyebrows were raised as IYHWA planned a return in 2008, with the return event "Withdrawal Symptoms" proving to be the start of what is now today one of the greatest, most influential federations the world has ever seen.
Today, IYHWA exists as the Hybrid Federation in Australia. With wrestlers traveling from across Australia to wrestle with the IYHWA.
