Chris Johnston (born February 14, 1990) better known as Chris Cryptic, is an Australian backyard wrestler and co-founder of In Your House Wrestling Alliance (IYHWA). As of one of the four original founders of the federation, Cryptic has achieved becoming the first ever IYHWA Champion and made impact main eventing shows in Aussie federations HVWA, HWS and SCWS which launched him into recognition, now a popular name around backyard wrestling.

In Your House Wrestling Alliance (2005-present)
For his matches won, Chris Cryptic is one of the best wrestlers in the fed. His overall record is quite impressive: he won 15 matches and was only defeated 9 times. However, his last matches have been severe: in "Unearthed", Adam Chunky knocked him out. But his worse opponent remains Michael Diablo. In "Bros 4 Pros", Diablo defeated him by knockout. Up to now, Chris Cryptic has always been defeated by Michael Diablo. Cryptic connection (with AC Nirvana) is a success: the two wrestlers are still undefeated.
