Rhys Dutton or Benny Slater (born 13/12/1992) Is considered one of if not the best backyard wrestlers in Australia today, Wins and losses aside, Benny Slater bring s a smooth transitional style to ABYW, and can work matches at a variety of paces and intensities. He is also the co-founder of the widely popular Australian Fed LCWA (Lost cause wrestling Australia)

Background
Starting as a 15 year old in the now defunct south coast based federation SCWS, Benny Slater caught the publics eye quickly, since his debut match against Cyrus Cage, Bennby Slater has competed at some of the biggest shows of his time, and defeated some of the most accomplished wrestlers. Benny Slater has faced Gene Knite, Brynx, Chris Cryptic, Curt Unearth, Micheal Diablo, Adam Chunky, Mc Cooper and Team Lightning.
SCWS
Early in his career, Benny Slater was the resident spot monkey for SCWS, often providing spark to shows with his innovative sequences and insane bumping abillity, although never winning a match at SCWS, Benny Slater became one of the most respected young yarders on the south coast in his brief stint in SCWS. He faced Brynx, Kip Karnage, Nightmare, Cyrus Cage, and Danny Fiasco whilst in SCWS.
LCWA (2007-Present)
The brain child of Benny Slater, LCWA was formed shorlty after Slater's debut, with Benny Slater being one of the four original members (Benny Slater, Adam Chunky, Mc Cooper and Micheal M) Benny Slater began his LCWA career strongly, he was the first LCWA champion following a fued with Micheal M. Micheal would get his revenge at the first ever Tournament of No Remorse when he bested Benny Slater in the final. Not deterred, Benny Slater went after his title once more, in between times Micheal M had teamed with MC Cooper to form "The Posse" and they duo would constantly thwart Slaters endevours to regain the title. Slater also held two popular supershows in 2008, "South coast fest, where Slater defeated AC Nirvana, and Illawarra Wrestle-a-thon 2 where Slater produced a break through performance but was un-able to defeat TVW's Ruthless Ron
The Close of LCWA
Chris Cryptic and his Brother Underminer were no strangers to the south coast, they had made numerous trips to SCWS and LCWA, Chris and Benny Slater came to blows at LCWA's Mothers day special where after defeating Micheal M, Cryptic attacked the both of them. It came to blows when Cryptic and Benny Slater wrestled at "To The Depths" where if Cryptic won, LCWA would close and its roster would merge with IYHWA.
The 2009 Ressurgance
After several Months, benny Slater brought the band back together along with new installments Brynx and Jonathan Cross, The group wrestled all throug the back end of 2009, holding events every two weeks and sometimes inccoperated XAW wrestlers Tommy Taboo, Jimmy Genocide and Linny. Benny Slater himself returned with a new found desire for wrestling, he abandoned his flashy style and shocked everyone with his technical prowess along with a brutal striking game. He teamed with Adam Chunky and the two would lay out memberes of the roster weekly. Benny Slater won his second LCWA title in the 3rd Tournament of No Remorese defeating team mate Adam Chunky and brynx in an elimination triple threat. Brynx was awarded a second chance (this time one on one) at LCWA's Misawa tribute show where Benny Slater proved how good he was, out-wrestling and out-striking Brynx in a gruelling half an hour encounter. He then went on to defending his title against all comers and finished the year as LCWA champion. Along the way, In one of his most impressive bouts, Benny Slater defeated TVW's Zane at South coast fest 2 in December. Benny Slater also sought to become the first "CHAOS" champion, but was bested by Danny Fiasco, the underdog pinning Slater after hitting a code breaker and a running knee strike. Slater finished the year with the impressive figures of 14 wins, 2 losses and a draw.
IYHWA
Following a story line involving Chris Cryptic, Benny Slater closed LCWA and joined with Sydney based federation IYHWA along with fellow south coast yarders Brynx, Nightmare Adam Chunky and Micheal M. Preferring the south coast style of wrestling, Benny Slater only appeared a few times before resuming LCWA, with the original members.
