Pauly Richards is a American backyard wrestler who wrestles in Blood Sweat & Tears. He is a former holder of the BST Heavyweight Championship. Pauly has also competed for Bridgeview Wrestling Association.

At the BST supershow "No Remorse" Pauly was choosen to replace Papa Josh, who was sick, in the main event against The Icon. That match started a fued between Pauly and Icon that ended with Pauly winning the BST world title from Shinning in a ladder match at "End of the Line."
