The GBYWN Australian Championship, formerly the GBYWN Australian Heavyweight Championship is a backyard wrestling secondary, international championship competed for in Australia, and is a title sanctioned by backyard wrestling alliance, Global Backyard Wrestling News (GBYWN).

History

Origination

In early 2010, Chairman of the Global Backyard Wrestling Nation alliance, Rad Hazard, sanctioned a GBYWN championship in Australia known as the GBYWN Australian Heavyweight Championship. At ICWS's Animosity event, Aston Crude, defeated Dan Zeplin to become the inaugural champion.

3	Clint Marshall	1	July 2nd, 2011	ICWS Twisted Metal V	Perth, Australia	Clint Marshall defeated Dan Zeplin at Twisted Metal V to win the championship. Marshall also held the ICWS Hardcore Championship, becoming the first "undisputed" champion of the ICWS.
4	Mike Delcanho	1	November 27, 2011	ICWS Season's Beatings	Perth, Australia	Mike Delcanho defeated Clint Marshall at Season's Beatings to win the championship in a No Disqualification match, with the help of JD Flame and Mikanos to form the Radical Movement.
