==nWd Era==

The nWd was a true example of a dream come true and a nightmare all at the same time. It started with a thought and started a legacy that impacted all Queensland Pro Wrestling Federations.

nWd started as BPW, Brisbane Pro Wrestling as an idea in mid-2003. [[Jaxon Hart]] and [[AV Dangerously]] met a a Bayside Café at Sandgate, Brisbane, to discuss the transformation of [[Total Nonstop Teenage Wrestling]] (TNTW), a backyard federation run from Shorncliffe. TNTW had a few skilled guys, a little deluded about just how good they were but their hearts were in the right place and had the potential to go far. Jack was designated Chairman of BPW with AV the second in charge (as BPW was a re-branded TNTW and AV agreed since Jack “owned” the wrestlers he would be in charge). We began to plan and but items needed but nothing ever happened on Jack’s end. BPW became a federation with no wrestlers. TNTW continued to promote on the side with all TNTW wrestlers refusing to change over to the BPW name.

In response AV began searching for brand new wrestlers not associated with TNTW and discovered there was a federation in Algester that was going well and expanding. The [[Australian Wrestling League]] (AWL) was the brain child of [[Jason West]] and featured his brother and best friends. With interesting concepts like the Chicken Coop Match and the Pool Match, AV contacted AWL and soon joined with them as a camera operator and adviser. AWL agreed to join BPW in 2007 and became the flagship brand producing a monthly online show using BPW as distributor and eventually was game enough to transform their monthly show into a bulk weekly taping. AWL BattleZone! Was a hit on YouTube and MySpace TV and BPW was finally born while TNTW still promoted separate.

[[RC Sic|Ryan Stacey]] contacted late 2007 AV from Bribie Island andintroduced the [[Full Throttle Wrestling Academy]] (FTWA) which was a re-branded Jacaranda Drive Wrestling Alliance and featured Ryan and his family and friends. AV travelled to Bribie Island and started to produce a weekly 1 match show for FTWA under the BPW Cyberized name. Ryan performing as Ryan Lawless brought a more Hardcore element to the BPW name and attrracted it’s own unique viewers again on YouTube. FTWA officially joined BPW and formed a second brand for the federation while TNTW continued to promote seperatly.

As 2008 began, BPW promoted the very strong AWL and FTWA on YouTube and BPW was finally up and running sucessfully. More and more people started joining thru BPW and the new wrestlers were assigned to their brands depending on what side of the Brisbane River they lived on (AWL Southside, FTWA Northside). Meanwhile Jack and TNTW were struggling internally. Jack and his best friend Andrew James (Kid Courage) booked themselves to win everything. Jack (as Kid Vicious) and Kid Courage were invincible creating new titles just so they were adorned with championships. The frustration within TNTW finally reared its ugly head when Jack realised that BPW has skyrocketed without him ad now featured more superstars than TNTW meaning Jack had lost his grip on BPW. In February 2008 Jack secretly tried to assume control of FTWA and AWL, threatened to sue for the name and rights and ‘fired’ AS as his second in charge and proclaimed himself the sole leader of BPW. However Jack did not relies that AWL and FTWA had no interested in working under Jacks leadership as they feared their brands would end up like FTWA with Jack and Kid Courage holding all the titles.

As a result FTWA and AWL with the guidance of AV left BPW leaving Jack with the federation but only again the TNTW side of things. TNTW continued to promote almost no shows yet Jack still promoted himself as Undisputed Champion. AWL and FTWA formed **Wrestling Entertainment Queensland**, a new federation without the influence or participation of Jack or TNTW and once again WEQ dominated Backyard Wrestling on YouTube. Even with a promotional agreement with [[In Your House Wrestling Alliance]], WEQ became bigger than BPW was producing 4 small weekly shows (AWL BattleZone, FTWA Thunder, FTWA Carnage and AWL Weekend Slam later Sunday Slam). AWL began taping once a month on a Saturday and FTWA the next Sunday in their respective territories even featuring cross promotional matches with wresters from each brand through AV as transport participating on the other brands shows.

Meanwhile Jack and TNTW were all but doomed. TNTW had split down the middle. Those that were fed of Jacks Dictatorship style booking left TNTW taking top superstars as [[Superstar Jacobs]] and [[Wade Mitchells]] and formed the [[World Wrestling Corporation]] (WWC) and started performing in Bracken Ridge. WWC and WEQ soon signed a promotional deal, in which WWC would do the wrestling whilst WEQ would host, produce and distribute their shows on DVD and online. 2 WWC shows were produced before they decided to go on hiatis to contrate on senior school exams. TNTW was left in shambles.

AWL in the meantime had struck a deal with the Logan City Council. Through wrestler [[Josh Ives]] and his mum Susan, AWL began to promote backyard style shows in community halls around the Logan Council District. This allowed the greater freedom of equipment and days we could use as weather was no longer a factor and gave AWL a different feel to the viewer. However the cost facto became extraordinary and it was decided to return to the yard and AWL started producing shows from the Ives’ Frontyard.

With 2 strong brands and 1 ‘little brother’, WEQ began to dominate the scene again. WEQ attracted the attention of [[Chris Kenny]] of [[Extreme Neighbourhood Wrestling]] (ENW) and struck a deal with Andrew and WEQ to produce a cross promotional storyline featuring FTWA’s Ryan Lawless and ENW’s [[Ted Desus]]. The kayfabed rivalry crisscrossed both ENW and WEQ Shows causeing a lot of intrested from the Australian Wrestling Fraternity as most of the Lawless/Desus matches were realistic enough that people began thinking the two were really fighting each other.

As WEQ, WWC and ENW jointly took over YouTube viewership Jack and what was left of TNTW began to take notice and realised that they were missing out on the action and quietly begged WEQ to re-join. WEQ agreed on the condition that WEQ Rules were followed which meant Jack could not book himself to hold every title. As the second annaul Championship Challenge (WEQ’s Wrestlemania) came close, TNTW quietly remerged with WWC and became the third brand of WEQ. For the first time TNTW, AWL and FTWA promoted as one group and WEQ became the biggest Backyard Federation in Brisbane history.

Whilst WEQ grew, AV was quietly gaining the resources of 18 other smaller backyard federations which had decided to close down. One of these resources was the talented Chris Goode who wrestled under the name [[Atticus Floyd]]. The newly unified WEQ now had a wide range of wresters and plenty of talent turning up to the monthly bulk-weekly tapings. Titles from all three former brands were unified to allow a new look and feel to the federations and there was harmony between the federations. Before long, Andrew approached Jack about reforming TNTW as Total Nonstop Turmoil Wrestling and turning it into a new weekly show on YouTube in order to capitalise on the name recognition that TNTW claimed to have.

In September 2008, Chris Goode promoted WEQ; Wrestlefest which was going to serve as the relaunch of TNTW as a WEQ Show. However Jack had other ideas. Unknowing to the majority of the roster, Jack came out for his match, destroyed the WEQ set, destroyed the nWd Title belt and declared himself TNTW Undisputed World Champion and offended the majority of the roster. The AWL Alumni walked out of the show immediately and AV shut the show down and ordered everyone to go home. For the second time Jack had screwed WEQ. Andrew fed up wit the lies and betrayal of Jack shut WEQ down handing respective ownership of AWL and FTWA back to the original owners. Again TNTW split and WWC re-emerged however this was just a ploy to give TNTW two shows.

The alliance destroyed AV was happy to leave WEQ die in the shadows whilst fulfilling his commitment to release previously recorded footage. However WEQ would not stay dead for long. The remainders of FTWA and AWL, and the newcomers not aligned to TNTW or WWC agreed to stay together and form the **New World of Disorder** (nWd) with Andrew had lead-booker. Andrew agreed and just as WEQ had done before nWd regained the respect lost by Jack and his TNTW/WWC Alliance (which really only featured the original TNTW Wrestlers). However Jack could not control himself in his new TNTW and again all the titles began filtering towards Jack and again TNTW split with the majority of guys heading back to WWC.

In a talent exchange, nWd again promoted with ENW with the very first nWd matches occuring at an ENW Event. The main evernters, Chris Goode, Peter Oliverini ([[PJ Twisted]]) and Ryan McShane ([[Ryan Phoenix]]) went toe to toe with the ENW again launching nWd into the spotlight. Meanwhile several AWL Alumni and AV joined Impact Pro Wrestling (IPW) Formally Major Impact Wrestling, a professional federation on the Gold Coast. nWd was now learning from the pros who hosted training sessions. It was a hope of Andrew that nWd would join IPW as a second brand in some form and help achieve the dream that nWd would go pro.

As relations between nWd and WWC disintegrated (WWC tried to illegally tried to unify the [[nWd NewWorld Championship]] with their WWC Title) nWd excelled in skill as the main eventers trained with IPW and AV worked closely with IPW Promoter Peter Ball (aka Hawk). AV payed close attention to what Peter Ball did to promote IPW and slowly Andrew took what he had learnt back to nWd. As a referee and announcer for IPW AV kept his ears and eyes open for the day that he would be promoting on the professional level. However Andrew did not know that the seeds of deception were being sewn for the ultimate downfall.

AV actively encouraged the nWd roster to join a pro federation and gain as much training as possible. Many saw nWd as the stepping stone into the big time of Australian Wrestling. Peter Ball was even confident enough to offer several nWd superstars spots on the full time IPW Roster which Andrew in no way discouraged any of them from taking them however all pretty much refused preferring to remain with nWd. With the help of Peter Ball’s soon to be Girlfriend and long time nWd supporter Susan Ives, nWd bought a low lever boxing ring to continue their rehearsals and soon the IPW Ring was made available to nWd for shows.

Seeing this as the big break, nWd gladly accepted the offer of IPW Ring usages and hired the ring to perform the shows. It is now apparent that this was an attempt to ruin the reputation of nWd which was averaging 500 to 600 views per part per week on YouTube. IPW encouraged and almost forced nWd to make their very first pro ring show open to the public. Whilst AV was reluctant at first due to the fact that the guys had no or extremely limited experience in te ring, he agreed to open the show to the public as a potential way to help finance the hire fees charged by IPW. A good crowd turned out for the debut pro nWd Show which featured the most people ever to perform in a single show.

With the use of the pro ring Jack and the majority of WWC and TNTW returned to the nWd Federation and all signed behaviour contracts written by AV and Peter Ball. The first show was considered a huge success. Everyone behaved, the matches went to plan and IPW were generally pleased with the overall day. Peter Ball approached AV after the show and asked whether he could talk to the boys from the perspective of 35 years in the business. Andrew agreed thinking that Peter was going to give them tips on where to improve, however this was not the case and Peter ripped the nWd roster a new one telling them that they had no hope of ever making it pro. AV was extremely offended by the actions of Peter Ball and many on the nWd roster saw this as a betrayal on Andrew’s part but Andrew was determined to make nWd a success and reluctantly booked a second show at the IPW facility however this time refused to charge public entry. Whilst people were encouraged to come along no entry fee was to be charged. The nWd roster agreed to pay $20 each to cover the rental fees.

nWd heavily promoted the in-ring shows and sought new talent to fill I the gap and expand the quality of wrestling. Two backyarders from Noosa came down and joined nWd for the day to fill out numbers for the second IPW hosted show cause the 2 days before the show nearly everyone pulled out. When questioned why they were breaking their commitment, the majority of the roster stated they were told the day had been cancelled by a certain member of the roster and had made other commitments in its place which they could not break. Andrew, just 12 hours before they were due to arrive at the venue cancelled the show and moved it back to a yard where they would save all the rental fees.

Ryan McShane was determined not to have the show cancelled and he and his ‘West Side Alliance’ were able to gather just enough money so that the show would go on. The second pro show went ahead and was almost a failure. 2 hours of footage was filmed over 6 hours as everyone who did show up decided that they wanted to muck around. AV’s one rule that he really enforced is when it’s time to wrestle you wrestle, time left over is yours. The show’s main event was ruined when Callum Phoenix / [[Konvict]] decided to change his storyline mid match leaving the AV red-faced and lost. AV after the show announced to nWd that he intended to leave the federation to concentrate on IPW. Ryan McShane and Chris Goode were placed as the bookers (as Andrew trusted them the most ) with AV assuming overall ownership.

As Andrew travelled to Warwick with IPW, nWd slowly crumbled. Andrew saw that nWd was going to die so stepped back in to organise and run the shows, but kept out of the storyline development. But things started to fall apart when an nWd/AWL Alumni that was wrestling for IPW informed Andrew that Peter Ball was going to throw him out of IPW for taking photos. Andrew and Peter had a brief confrontation, which Andrew mistakenly took as the throw out and left Warwick. Andrew returned to Brisbane and dedicated himself to the running of nWd. nWd was able to do one more smaller show before Ryan McShane announced the recreation of his original backyard fed which was to run side by side (almost as a separate brand) with nWd. However McShane took over the debut duel tapings and after he had what he wanted McShane encouraged a sit down so that the nWd footage would not be filmed. Fearing a repeat in history (WrestleFest) and decided it was time to end the day and reconvene when more time was available. McShane led an insurrection that afternoon declaring he would end nWd.

nWd ceased promoting after an individual calling himself "The Mastermind", "Kirsty Kleen", "Matt Falkner" grew jealous of he success of nWd, with nWd taking the place of his federation as Australia's Biggest, and decided to destroy the reputation of nWd and promoter AV. At first is stories and lies were beleived by the roster however his continuous 'attacks' have become so comical (including badly photoshopped 'nude photos') that his posts are now the topic of humourous conversations. HOWEVER The Mastermind was successful in creating mistrust between several nWd members as his hacks and attacks coincided with a 'Truth Gathering Session' from two senior nWd performers. Hacker made the hacks look like it was done by the two senior Superstars but failed to take into account that nWd was more than just wrestling, it was the one thing that brought 7 groups together, become best friends and it will take a lot more then a jealous yarder from Sydney to break that up. If anything it has inspired EVERYONE to succeed more than nWd did whether as a group or individually. On November 2 2009 It was revealed that the Matt Falkner character was released nWd member [[Konvict]] / Callum Gallway. Konvict was arrested for Fraud, Theft, Entering Property Without Permission and Sending Death Threats by the Queensland Police and is still facing disiplinary actions in the Queensland Judicial System

==AWGP Era==

AWGP returned to it's former glory when the superstars reunited to produce all new matches and featurettes. Several traditional concepts would remain however with the injection of new blood and new attitude, AWGP is set to bring the best in Aussie Underground Wrestling. On the February 23, 2010 edition of ''[[Backyard Wrestling Weekly]]'', AWGP was inducted into [[Global Backyard Wrestling Nation]].

The roster was originally made up of several yarding veterens but at the second set of tapings, the biggest debut of rookies since 2007 occured making the roster the biggest in size since 2008.

In late October 2010, AWGP-Online announced that AWGP would close so that the roster could focus on their professional careers and training. The final show is scheduled to be uploaded from December 1 2010 with a Triple Title Unification Match. After AWGP closed, AV Dangerously bought a pro federation and now promotes Pro Wrestling in Queensland.

==Webcasts==
AWGP decided to present a spread out presentation of wrestling meets instead of uploading all at once allowing for the extension of storylines. Webcasts are commonly one YouTube Video in length with occasionally extending into a second or third video for the extra special matches. Webcasts are seperated into chapters to allow easier archiving and storyline seperation.

Since it's beginning, THW wanted to award a Hardcore Championship. It originally planned to do this by giving the wrestler with the most wins at the end of it's first year the title. However, that plan was scrapped when it was getting hard to tell how many wins a wrestler had, as this was before THW had a website (the results were eventually archived on the website, showing that at the end of the first year, [[Skull Jr.]] had the most wins with 54). After the plan fell through, THW made the Hardcore Title and first decided it on the May 12, 2007 edition of THW Saturday. Skull Jr. defeated his brother Sunomi. Skull had a successful reign (so successful in fact that THW got rid of the 24/7 rule which was originally placed on the belt in September), even winning a Steel Cage Match with the title on the line, until October 13. JG won the title, and subsequently pinned Skull to win the Old Fed Hardcore Title by way of 24/7 rule. After beating Skull the next week in two separate rematches for both titles, Skull challenged him to unify his titles with a match the next week. JG accepted, and on October 27, Skull won the THW Hardcore Title back. The Old Fed Hardcore Title was declared defunct as soon as the match ended, and JG is considered the last champion. Skull once again defended the title valiantly until he was defeated by The Demon on March 8, 2008 in a battle royal that also involved Snipe, Sunomi, JG, and Snake. Skull and The Demon were in a feud at the time, caused by Skull winning the [[THW World Heavyweight Championship|THW Championship]] from him. For a month, The Demon would successfully defend his Hardcore Title, eventually forming an alliance with Guy In A Box Man and winning the THW Tag Team Titles, slowly turning face. Skull won the title back from him on April 15, shortly before a unification match where he and Sunomi would defend the THW Hardcore and Undisputed Championships against Demon and Guy In A Box Man's THW Tag Team Titles. On April 17, Skull and Sunomi won the tag team unification match, and declared the Tag Team Titles defunct on April 19 as the first match of the 2008 THW Unification Series, where wrestlers would unify their titles (the results of the matches were either one title became defunct, both would create a new title, or the titles became defunct). Skull was defeated by JG on May 19 for the title, and Skull won a rematch on May 26. Title changes became more common after that, with Sunomi winning the title on June 4, Skull winning it back on June 14, and JG becoming the champion on June 18, before a Gauntlet Match was booked on June 23 to determine the last champion. The Demon won the match. On June 25, the title was honored with a match featuring The Demon and JG. The title was declared defunct immediately afterward. JG won the match, and due to his cheating in it, Skull made him defend his THW International World Championship against him to determine the last spot in a triple threat unification match at THW's last show on July 12. Skull won the match and the subsequent match on July 12. The Demon and the THW Hardcore Championship weren't seen again until October 2011. On July 14, 2011, Skull revived THW and the World Heavyweight Championship, resuming his reign from the July 12th match in 2008. On October 6, THW announced the reinstatement of the Hardcore Championship, making it vacant as opposed to defunct. The Demon was re-signed shortly afterward, though the title wasn't awarded to him. This was explained by the fact that The Demon wasn't signed until after the announcement of bringing the title back. After the [[NBYWA World Heavyweight Championship]] was vacated on January 1, 2012, a 6-man tournament was booked to determine a new champion, scheduled to take place in April. A third-place match was also booked for the tournament to determine a new THW Hardcore Champion. On March 11, a new design was introduced for the title. In June, the NBYWA World Title tournament was canceled so that a one-on-one match could be booked at the [[Michigan Wrestling Association]]'s last event on July 29 (after many delays, the show took place on September 16). Instead, the THW Hardcore Championship was brought out of vacancy at [[THW 23/NBYWA 8]]. On September 29, Day 1 of the event, Clause Suburbanite defeated The Demon after [[RPK]] interfered on his behalf. The next day, Demon easily took Clause down in a rematch. Clause was betrayed by RPK afterward, upset at Clause for "wasting every opportunity given to him".

'''Total Hardcore Wrestling''' is a backyard wrestling federation founded by [[Skull Jr.]] on August 19, 2006. The fed had no camera in it's first run, rendering them unable to record events on video and upload them to the Internet. On July 14, 2011, Skull Jr. announced the re-launch of the federation. It is a member of the [[National Backyard Wrestling Alliance]] and [[BYW Rulz]] communities. Despite having the term "hardcore" in it's name, THW is not an all-hardcore federation.

==History==
===UWC And THW Announcement (2004-2005)===
The history of THW starts in 2004 when [[Skull Jr.]], upon winning his first Old Fed World Championship, announced a new BYW Federation, UWC (Ultimate Wrestling Championship). UWC launched in St. Clair Shores, Michigan on October 28, 2004. UWC's events were nothing but Old Fed Title Matches. However, UWC would get into controversy in 2005 when the Old Fed's competition at the time Undisputed Championship Wrestling (UCW) wanted to change it's name to Undisputed Wrestling Championship. Over a period of weeks, the 2 Federations would argue over the name and who gets the right to call themselves UWC. Eventually, UCW would decide to keep it's name and stop arguing with a smaller Federation. UWC would have it's last event on June 21, 2006. Not even lasting 2 years. Knowing that UWC and the Old Fed would die eventually, Skull Jr. announced a replacement for the Old Fed on August 1, 2005, originally calling it THA (which stood for Total Hardcore Action). THA promos would start appearing at Old Fed events until November 30, 2005, when Skull Jr. wanted to re-announce the new federation. On December 5, 2005, THA would change it's name to THW (Total Hardcore Wrestling). Then on December 15, 2005, THA was re-announced as THW. After that, beginning at the Old Fed's traditional "End Of The Year" events that always started on December 20, THW promos would start appearing again.

===Planning THW And The Old Fed's Last Days (2006)===
On January 31, 2006, Skull Jr. announced that the Old Fed would hold it's last event on July 25 of that year. Another announcement would occur between the Old Fed owner Skull Jr., the HWL owner Sunomi, and the 2 UCW owners Snipe and Mace. They announced the unification between all 3 of their Undisputed Championships at UCW's supercard event: Ring Of Honor. This announcement took place on March 19, 2006. After the Ring Of Honor event, the Old Fed started dissolving. Skull Jr. wanted to boost the Old Fed up to it's formal glory when he brought back the Old Fed World Championship in May 2006, but to no avail. Finally on June 1, 2006, Skull Jr. announced 2 things: UWC would hold it's last event EVER on the 21st, and that THW would launch with it's first event on Saturday, August 19, 2006. On August 19, Skull Jr. started THW.

===THW Begins And Competition With UCW/HWL (2006-2007)===
The first event was a failure, but it would soon grow on, eventually eclipsing UCW/HWL, just as they had done to the Old Fed a year before. On September 30, 2006, Skull Jr. announced that a new Title, the THW Championship (re-named THW World Heavyweight Championship on March 6, 2008) would be first crowned at their Halloween Chaos event. UCW/HWL held their last event, Hallowicked, on October 29, 2006, and the decision was made by the owners Snipe, Sunomi, and Mace (known in THW as JG Knight) to fold the fed on November 10. On November 22, 2006, Skull Jr. announced a new event, THW Sunday, would be previewed on December 10 (THW Sunday officially started on March 25, 2007, and the last THW Sunday took place that May). Then on January 15, 2007, Skull Jr. announced the THW Rush was over (THW Rush was part of THW's first year, as a plan to award the wrestler with the most wins a new Championship on August 19, 2007). On April 18, 2007, Skull Jr. announced that THW would soon be having unification Matches for Titles, the winner deciding which Title would then become defunct. This had already happened once before the announcement, and would happen again soon after. Nothing really happened with THW until May 12, 2007, when THW's new hardcore division debuted.

===Summer (2007)===
Then on June 24, 2007, Skull Jr. announced that his new organization Skull900 Productions would help produce THW events. After that, nothing really happened again. Suddenly on August 30, 2007, THW would get a YouTube account. After Skull900 Productions ended, THW self-produced events until October 1, 2007, when 16-Bit Productions would become the newest producer. In the summer of 2007, THW would become part of [[Global Backyard Wrestling News|GBYWN]] (Global Backyard Wrestling News), and in turn, GBYWN would become THW's new parent company (Skull's Entertainment Association was THW's previous parent company).

===Mounting Problems, Announcing THW's Close, And THW's Final Days (2007-2008)===

UCW/HWL would take 50% of THW in November 2007 (Skull Jr. won it back on January 30, 2008). On November 30, 2007, Skull Jr. announced THW Global, his site reminiscent of GBYWN, where he would try to get other backyard Feds to join. The idea of THW Global was canceled on January 17, 2008. On January 31, 2008, Skull Jr. announced that THW was going to perish on July 5th. By this time most of the wrestlers within THW wanted to stop wrestling and move along with their lives. On March 17, 2008, Skull Jr. lost the THW World Heavyweight Championship to a non-THW wrestler, Blade, who had previously been working for UCW/HWL. Blade has also won the Old Fed Intercontinental and Cruiserweight Championships, and competed in the King Of The Hill Tournament for the Old Fed World Championship at THW 2: King Of the Hill. On May 17, 2008, after a THW supercard Event, THW Management (which consisted of Skull Jr., Sunomi, JG Knight, and Snake) decided to make THW's flagship event, THW Saturday, a bi-weekly show. THW Saturday's bi-weekly run started on May 31, 2008, while it's weekly run ran from August 19, 2006 - May 17, 2008. On June 16 and June 20, 2008, THW held special events to see which wrestlers were booked into the 3-Way Unification World Title Match on THW's last event on July 5th. Sunomi defeated The Demon to retain the Old Fed World Championship, and JG Knight defeated Snake to retain the THW International World Championship on June 16th to be booked in the match. Sunomi defeated Skull Jr. to win the THW World Heavyweight Championship on June 20th to be booked in as THW World Heavyweight Champion. After JG Knight defeated The Demon in a controversial way to defunct the THW Hardcore Championship on June 25th, Skull Jr. took him out of the Match and booked him in to another one on the June 28, 2008 edition of THW Saturday for his International World Championship. On June 28th, Skull Jr. defeated JG Knight for the THW International World Championship and was booked in the July 5th Match. On the day of closing, July 5, 2008, THW had encountered problems with producing the last event, so THW Management decided to re-schedule it, set on July 12, 2008. On the 12th, THW had encountered more problems conducting the last event. These problems were fixed, but the event's starting time was delayed by an hour. The end result was that Skull Jr. defeated Sunomi to win the THW World Heavyweight and Old Fed World Championships and also to unify the Titles with the THW International World Championship. THW closed it's last event with Skull Jr. giving Sunomi a hug, showing sportsmanship. THW still somewhat exists and is very limitedly active.

===After THW, NBYWA, And Reunion (2008-2009)===
On September 22, 2008, [[Cam]], creator/owner of GBYWN, THW's parent, sent all owners of it's Federations that GBYWN would be removing Feds and if they wanted to stay with the site they had to re-sign on The GBYWN Forums. Skull Jr. was unable to get to the site. He sent Cam an e-mail asking if SEA Productions, THW's former parent company, could take THW's rights back and become it's parent again. Cam agreed, and on September 27, 2008, Skull Jr. announced the deal between SEA and GBYWN had been made, and that SEA Productions was THW's parent again. Skull Jr. joined [[Hybrid Championship Wrestling]] (HCW) on November 29, 2008, losing to Television Champion [[RPK]] in a match to determine the first GBYWN Michigan Heavyweight Champion (GBYWN dropped the Championship on January 19, 2009 in favor of Regional Championships, and was picked up by NBYWA shortly after as their International Heavyweight Championship). On January 22, 2009, Skull Jr. founded the [[National Backyard Wrestling Alliance]] (NBYWA) under SEA, added HCW immediately, and added [[Absolute Championship Wrestling]] (ACW) 2 days later. THW would later join NBYWA after it's re-launch. On May 17, 2009, Skull Jr. announced that he'd like to plan a THW reunion event for sometime in July 2009. The event happened on July 12, 2009, exactly 1 year after THW's regular-run closing. Like the last year, Skull Jr. defeated Sunomi in a Best 2/3 Falls Match for all 3 World Championships.

===Hard Relations With HCW And THW/NBYWA Supershow (2009-2010)===
On August 21, 2009, Skull Jr. lost the THW World Heavyweight and Undisputed Championships to RPK, along with his career in BYW (the Championship recognition was revoked from RPK on October 6, 2009, along with Skull Jr. announcing he wouldn't retire because of the Match). On September 2, 2009, Skull Jr. announced another [[THW 22/NBYWA 1: A New Beginning|supershow]], which took place the September afterward.

===Re-Launch (2011-Present)===
Skull Jr., upset with how the federation he was working with, the [[Michigan Wrestling Association]] due to a lack of events, decided to re-launch THW on it's fifth anniversary, August 19, 2011. He enrolled the federation into the communities NBYWA and [[BYW Rulz]] immediately after and announced a roster of five. Skull also revived the THW World Heavyweight Championship, resuming the role as champion from his eighth reign on July 12, 2008. On September 3, Skull, RPK, Clause Suburbanite, and commentator [[Johnny McCommentate]] traveled to [[Higher Passion Wrestling]] in Hockingport, Ohio to be a part of their event "Homecoming". But before then, [[NBYWA 6]] was held, in which RPK defeated Skull to become the new THW World Champion, marking the first defense and change of a THW Championship out-of-state. On October 6, THW announced the return of the Hardcore Championship. On October 25, NBYWA awarded THW their [[NBYWA World Hardcore Championship|World Hardcore Title]] after the federation that previously held it (Extremely Shitty Backyard Wrestling) attempted to re-name it the "ESBW Hardcore Championship". ESBW re-joined NBYWA in February 2012 and was given back the World Hardcore Title afterward. On February 26, ESBW was shown to have not re-joined and the NBYWA World Hardcore Championship was removed from them. It was reassigned to HPW in March. On April 7, THW and All-Out Championship Wrestling (a federation owned by THW roster members Jeff Gates and "Wild Man" Dan) made a tentative talent exchange deal, meaning the rosters of both THW and AOCW were the same. The deal also includes a monthly double-header show which will alternate the location. For instance, one month AOCW will host the show, the next month THW will host the show. The visiting federation will put their event on first, followed by the home federation. Another term of the deal was free title booking. AOCW can book matches for THW Titles, and THW can book matches for AOCW Titles. On September 29 and 30, THW finally came back, co-promoting "[[THW 23/NBYWA 8]]" with the NBYWA. Three days after the show on October 3, THW and AOCW decided to split the joint-booking agreement. This was because the two federations' plans were going in very different directions.

[[RPK]] of [[Hybrid Championship Wrestling|Hardcore Championship Wrestling]] and [[Skull Jr.]] of [[Total Hardcore Wrestling]] met on the [[Global Backyard Wrestling News]] forums sometime between late June and early July 2008. Skull's fed was to close on the 12th of July, and he thought he was going to be retired after the event. The two scheduled a Best 2/3 Falls Match on July 19th, though it was canceled due to location problems and too much regulation. After a small period of verbal conflict, the two reconciled in September and scheduled the same match for that November. [[Cam]], the owner of GBYWN, gave the two permission to create a Championship for the match, to which it was named the Michigan Heavyweight Championship, representing the wrestlers' home state. After being delayed from November 1 to 8 to 15 to 22, the match was finally set to happen on the 29th. The match ended up being horrible. Skull Jr. has stated many reasons as to why he thinks it went wrong. RPK won the match and title. The match was criticized by the members of the forum, leading most to believe Skull wasn't a good wrestler, as it was his first on tape. A good match however happened on January 10, with HCW wrestler AC thrown into the mix, but the damage was done. In a GBYWN board of directors meeting on January 19, Cam declared the title defunct. HCW continued to recognize the belt as the "Michigan Heavyweight Championship". Sick of the ridicule, Skull quit using GBYWN's forum on January 21 and founded the [[NBYWA|National Backyard Wrestling Alliance]] on the 22nd. The belt was christened the NBYWA International Heavyweight Championship the same day, as it remains now. It was the first belt to go from one community to another. The belt remained with RPK until November 15, 2009, when HCW got rid of title when it re-branded itself. This caused Skull to vacate the title and award it to Mike Mello of V For Victory (VFV) the next day. On May 19, 2010, the title was vacated after Mike Mello told Skull that he wouldn't be able to make it to his upcoming supershow to defend the belt. On September 5, Skull won the vacant belt at [[THW 22/NBYWA 1: A New Beginning|THW 22/NBYWA 1]] by forfeit against Karnage, due to Karnage's mother being in the hospital. A re-match was scheduled for a week after against the two because of it, but it was canceled in favor of the two founding the [[Michigan Wrestling Association]]. On January 9, 2011, Skull lost the title on "MWA IMPACT" to MWA roster member Ghoul. He won it back in a rematch on the next "IMPACT" on January 23. On June 15, Skull vacated the title to make it available for an upcoming tournament at NBYWA 4 & 5: Mid-Summer Showdown. He announced the winner of the tournament will also be the #1 contender to the NBYWA World Title. On June 22, Skull unveiled a new belt design to be given to the winner of the tournament. The tournament, however, wasn't successful as during [[NBYWA 4: Mid-Summer Showdown Part 1|NBYWA 4]] and [[NBYWA 5: Mid-Summer Showdown Part 2|NBYWA 5]] the matches were decided by coin-toss and the finals match between RPK and Karnage was suspended. After continually trying to get the match to be done, Skull quietly canceled the match and started negotiating to send the title somewhere else. On April 2, CR3 Wrestling in the United Kingdom was awarded the title. The title belt Skull introduced was retired (later being brought back after KWU accepted the title). In Summer 2012, CR3 went into a hiatus and later announced that they were going to hold a finale event, closing the federation. After a deal to keep the title in a successor federation didn't materialize, the newest NBYWA federation at the time Kutztown Wrestling United (KWU) was awarded the title, with The Kutz being named the champion on December 7. Kutz, almost immediately after the federation joined promised that if he were to be given the title he would travel all throughout the northeastern United States and defend the belt. Skull based his decision on the loyalty shown by The Kutz. On December 28, on the ninth episode of "KWU", The Kutz defended the NBYWA International Title for the first time, resulting in a no-contest against Scarecrow. On January 13, 2013, Kutz successfully defended the belt at the Ocean County Wrestling Society against Warren Peace, making the International Title the first NBYWA Championship to be defended in a pro ring.

[[RPK]] of [[Hybrid Championship Wrestling|Hardcore Championship Wrestling]] and [[Skull Jr.]] of [[Total Hardcore Wrestling]] met on the [[Global Backyard Wrestling News]] forums sometime between late June and early July 2008. Skull's fed was to close on the 12th of July, and he thought he was going to be retired after the event. The two scheduled a Best 2/3 Falls Match on July 19th, though it was canceled due to location problems and too much regulation. After a small period of verbal conflict, the two reconciled in September and scheduled the same match for that November. [[Cam]], the owner of GBYWN, gave the two permission to create a Championship for the match, to which it was named the Michigan Heavyweight Championship, representing the wrestlers' home state. After being delayed from November 1 to 8 to 15 to 22, the match was finally set to happen on the 29th. The match ended up being horrible. Skull Jr. has stated many reasons as to why he thinks it went wrong. RPK won the match and title. The match was criticized by the members of the forum, leading most to believe Skull wasn't a good wrestler, as it was his first on tape. A good match however happened on January 10, with HCW wrestler AC thrown into the mix, but the damage was done. In a GBYWN board of directors meeting on January 19, Cam declared the title defunct. HCW continued to recognize the belt as the "Michigan Heavyweight Championship". Sick of the ridicule, Skull quit using GBYWN's forum on January 21 and founded the [[NBYWA|National Backyard Wrestling Alliance]] on the 22nd. The belt was christened the NBYWA International Heavyweight Championship the same day, as it remains now. It was the first belt to go from one community to another. The belt remained with RPK until November 15, 2009, when HCW got rid of title when it re-branded itself. This caused Skull to vacate the title and award it to Mike Mello of V For Victory (VFV) the next day. On May 19, 2010, the title was vacated after Mike Mello told Skull that he wouldn't be able to make it to his upcoming supershow to defend the belt. On September 5, Skull won the vacant belt at [[THW 22/NBYWA 1: A New Beginning|THW 22/NBYWA 1]] by forfeit against Karnage, due to Karnage's mother being in the hospital. A re-match was scheduled for a week after against the two because of it, but it was canceled in favor of the two founding the [[Michigan Wrestling Association]]. On January 9, 2011, Skull lost the title on "MWA IMPACT" to MWA roster member Ghoul. He won it back in a rematch on the next "IMPACT" on January 23. On June 15, Skull vacated the title to make it available for an upcoming tournament at NBYWA 4 & 5: Mid-Summer Showdown. He announced the winner of the tournament will also be the #1 contender to the NBYWA World Title. On June 22, Skull unveiled a new belt design to be given to the winner of the tournament. The tournament, however, wasn't successful as during [[NBYWA 4: Mid-Summer Showdown Part 1|NBYWA 4]] and [[NBYWA 5: Mid-Summer Showdown Part 2|NBYWA 5]] the matches were decided by coin-toss and the finals match between RPK and Karnage was suspended. After continually trying to get the match to be done, Skull quietly canceled the match and started negotiating to send the title somewhere else. On April 2, CR3 Wrestling in the United Kingdom was awarded the title. The title belt Skull introduced was retired (later being brought back after KWU accepted the title). In Summer 2012, CR3 went into a hiatus and later announced that they were going to hold a finale event, closing the federation. After a deal to keep the title in a successor federation didn't materialize, the newest NBYWA federation at the time Kutztown Wrestling United (KWU) was awarded the title, with The Kutz being named the champion. Kutz, almost immediately after the federation joined promised that if he were to be given the title he would travel all throughout the northeastern United States and defend the belt. Skull based his decision on the loyalty shown by The Kutz. On December 28, on the ninth episode of "KWU", The Kutz defended the NBYWA International Title for the first time, resulting in a no-contest against Scarecrow. On January 13, 2013, Kutz successfully defended the belt at the Ocean County Wrestling Society against Warren Peace, making the International Title the first NBYWA Championship to be defended in a ring.

==Wrestling History==
Matt Carlson made his BST debut in September 2009 when he was revealed as the mystery opponent for Jack Havoc at ''No Remorse''. Matt ended up losing this match and afterward went on a brief hiatus. He made his return to BST in June of 2010 by siding with [[Pauly Richards]], forming [[The MTN DEW Extremists]]. In his first match back in BST Matt took on the man who beat him in his debut, Jack Havoc. Although he dominated the entire match, Havoc ended up escaping with a cheap victory. In his next match at ''Rise of the Fallen'' Matt destroyed Blazin' Jet, beating him in less than a minute. Matt Carlson is set to return to BST when the fed resumes operation in 2011.

On November 21, 2010 Matt was named the NBWA Illinois Heavyweight Champion by Pauly Richards.
