The XBW Maryland Championship is a backyard wrestling secondary state-representing championship in XBW Wrestling (XBW). It ranks in second to the primary title in the federation and has been retired once in early Season 2 for the XBW Internet Championship. Its ressurection was in early Season 3.

Current champions
The current champion is Rabbit, who is in his first reign. He won the title by defeating 5-Point in a 2 out of 3 Falls Street Fight at Im Memory Of in Baltimore, Maryland on Episode 3 of Season 5.
