HGEW were set up in 2010 as a way of bringing together Scottish wrestlers to one big federation. Seeing as there is only one federation in Scotland, it was there duty to rally up as many people as possible. The wrestlers met together on two seperate occasions, one of these was a training session and the other was their first HGEW: Saturday show. After uploading their first show in a match-upload format, they decided to take it to the next level and create HGEW: Implosion.

Saturday is HGEW's main taping day of the week. Usually, HGEW tape 3 or 4 matches and an in ring promo each week. Wrestlers gather at the Cranloch Park at 1PM sometimes to a live crowd. HGEW encourage people to go to their shows and promote them within their high school.

Origin

HGEW started up in 2008 for a laugh with a bunch of friends having fun on a trampoline. HGEW opened a channel in February 2010, but due to roster dropouts, HGEW went into an indefinite hiatus.
