| - | NBYWA was founded on January 22, 2009 by Skull Jr. after he quit [[Global Backyard Wrestling News]] due to him believeing the rules of the site were not being enforced. The reason for him creating the site was creating a community where wrestlers can have fun and that the rules could be enforced. They took back and revived the defunct GBYWN Michigan Heavyweight Championship and re-named it the NBYWA International Heavyweight Championship. The first World Heavyweight and World Tag Team Champions will be crowned at the HCW/VFV sanctioned Supershow "When Worlds Collide" on August 13 and 14, 2009 respectively. So far the community has 5 Federations in 2 different countries.
