We will hold the first ever Three Way Dance! It will be Spectre vs Kid-Saneo vs D. Lee. A wrestler is eliminated via pinfall, submission, or disqualification. The last wrestler standing is the winner. Spectre is still winless in the UWO and Kid-Saneo and D.Lee had their debuts at UWO III. D.Lee through out an arsenal of offense in his defeat of Kid-Saneo. Who will be the last wrestler standing? Find out at UWO IV!

Sterling Silverman is holding his rematch clause at UWO IV. Johnny Democracy is not allowed to use his title shot yet due to this. But his Number One Contendership will be on the line, as we have a Number One Contendership match for the UWO title. Johnny Democracy will have to prove he is the true top dog as he will be forced to face Asylum! Asylum was out of competition the last event due to a sprained ankle. His ankle is still bothering him but he will be at UWO IV. Johnny Democracy won 2 matches at UWO III, including him beating the former UWO Champion Perfection Selection. Will he shock the world again with a defeat of Asylum? Or will he plunder into the depths of defeat for the first time in UWO? Find out at UWO IV!

And OUR MAIN EVENT! At UWO III, Kurtis Spade WON the UWO Championship. At UWO IV, Sterling Silverman will revoke his rematch clause and he will have a rematch against Kurtis Spade. At UWO II, Sterling Silverman defeated Kurtis Spade in a regular match. At UWO III, Kurtis Spade defeated Sterling Silverman in a hardcore match, winning him the title. Right now the series is tied, and at UWO IV, it will be a LAST MAN STANDING match between Sterling Silverman and the CHAMPION, the "Fourth Ace" Kurtis Spade. Who is hungrier for the title. Who will be the last man standing? Find out at UWO IV!

Spectre defeated Kid-Saneo and D. Lee. D. Lee pinned Kid-Saneo after hitting the moonsault, but celebration was short lived when Spectre hit the Blood Mist on Lee and then put him in the Crossface.
Johnny Democracy defeated Asylum via pinfall in the Number One contender match .
Kurtis Spade defeated Sterling Silverman in a last man standing match to retain the UWO Heavyweight Championship.
